Alex,

thank you for your continue support. We found the issue and I'm sorry it ended up not being related to jfbconnect so my deepest apologies for dragging you into it. Here is what was found all along...

"OK you are all set. The issue was actually just a simple typo in the module settings. The thumbnail width was set to 550 (this value is in pixels or px) I set it to 50 and you are good to go. You may need to clean your IE browser cache to clear the old style info."

However I will look into the server memory and load issues, I'm on a shared server through 1and1 and am not happy with their speed. As the site picks up traffic I don't feel their servers are going to be able to handle the load.

thanks again for your testing and support. I'll be sure to write a comment in the joomla extensions board for your and give you an 5 star rating for your support!

Chris,
No problem at all with us helping. Unfortunately, I don't know if you're out of the woods yet. I just tried again, and am still seeing the same issue. It may be working more frequently, can't tell.. but I loaded 5 times, and it worked 3. The other 2, the document just doesn't finish sending. If I look at the HTML, the last few lines looks like:

Naples and Fort Myers Night Club, Nightlife, Bar an
It just stops. It's random where it does, so don't look for something in that heading. That's what makes me think that PHP is running out of memory. When it does, it just dumps whatever's in it's buffer, even if it's incomplete. The result is what you see above, and why I recommend the above steps. Generally, disabling any unused system plugins is a good suggestion to reducde your footprint, or enable caching which may help (but can always cause other issues).

Hope this all helps. I really don't think JFBConnect is the 'cause', but again, could be what's pushing your server past the limits. We'll certainly help where we can, even it's it not directly related to us.. we want you to use our stuff :)

Reviews always appreciated, but not required. Thanks for the offer.

Good luck, and definitely keep us posted!
