Sorry for the delayed response. The error message you're receiving is indicating that your Instagram application is not setup properly in some way. Please make sure you've followed our Instagram setup guide, below:

Also, please note that Facebook (the owner of Instagram) recommends not using Instagram login and instead using Facebook authentication for their services. Unless you've already setup Instagram authentication on your site and have users actively using it, we'd recommend setting up Facebook authentication instead of Instagram.
Similarly, please make sure you've followed our Twitter setup guide which should make sure all of your settings are correct for authentication:
