There's absolutely some sort of optimization extension, plugin or script working on your site. Code like the below, which is loading JFBConnect's Javascript file's is not standard Joomla behavior:

As mentioned multiple times above, please disable whatever you're using to optimize and compress the Javascript and see if that helps. Beyond that, the only recommendation we have is to turn on the "Enable jQuery / Bootstrap" setting in JFBConnect which shouldn't affect your load times very much, especially with the optimizations you have enabled.
