Fatal Error Message for Client Access Level was created by coagra

I have a client who reported to me that she cannot get back to my website to download files (I use DocMan). She is set to a custom access level (I just renamed the Joomla customer that gets created when you load sample data to Client Access Level).

She emailed me this message:

Hi Scott,

This is what I am getting when I go to healthtune-up.com

Fatal error: Class 'JLinkedApiLibrary' not found in /homepages/12/d99393920/htdocs/j7-healthtune-up/plugins/user/jlinkeduser/jlinkeduser.php on line 51

I tried reproducing the error but not sure what she did (and she is a "normal" person -- not like you and me and others who read posts in this forum). It is amazing that she copied the error and emailed it to me and didn't just email me that she couldn't get it.

Any thoughts?

I'll be moving this post to the JLinked 1.6-1.7 support area after I post this, so look for it there if you need to respond.

It sounds like you're still using JLinked 1.0.0 on that site. Upgrade to v1.0.1 and it should take care of the problem. It was a very uncommon, and random, error she ran into that we found out about v1.0.0 and was definitely fixed in the updated release.
