Are you using a newer Instagram app or a legacy app? If a new one, can you verify that you've followed the steps in our Instagram Setup Guide to make sure the scopes and test user for your application are set up correctly?

When I visit your site now, I get the "This endpoint has been retired" error message. This means that something is still trying to connect to the old API that was retired on the 29th.

- In JFBConnect backend > Configuration > General > Instagram tab, can you verify that you've enabled the switch that you're using the new API?
- If that's already enabled, can you send me a private message (using the envelope icon under my avatar) of how you've configured your Instagram app?
- Are you using our SCSocialWiget or EasyTag to display embedded Instagram posts?

I'm glad we were able to resolve it. With Facebook / Instagram, having multiple extensions generally does not work. They usually conflict with the javascript or initializing the page to connect to FB, thus breaking functionality.
