Could you provide more details on what behavior you're seeing that's incorrect or any error messages that you are encountering? I attempted to go to your page and log in via my FB credentials, but received a message that your app is still in development mode.

I also only see the following error message in the console related to FB, but after some quick googling, this appears to affect apps that are in test mode, which yours seems to be:

Application Error: There was a problem getting data for the application you requested

Could you provide a specific URL you're seeing a problem with and detailed steps to reproduce?

-Melissa

I have tried everything and unable to get app accepted or log into facebook. Your documentation seems to be old. I have uninstalled the app as it is causing to many issues so it is probably why you are getting the return stated.

Any suggestions welcome

Please, please give more details about what you have done and what is or isn't working:

I have tried everything and unable to get app accepted

There is no 'acceptance' program required by Facebook. You should be able to setup your Application without going through review and most features will work with an app that hasn't been reviewed.

or log into facebook

What happens when you try? Are you using the Automatic registration feature in JFBConnect, or is it turned off? Do you get an error message or any other bit of information you can provide to us?

Your documentation seems to be old.

We go through the app creation process regularly to ensure our documentation is as up to date as it can be. Facebook does change frequently and is known to 'roll out' updates, so it's possible you're seeing a new App Creation area that we haven't. We'd love to hear where our guide isn't correct. Please give any details or images of the App Creation area that doesn't seem to match up with our guide.

I have uninstalled the app as it is causing to many issues so it is probably why you are getting the return stated.

I'm unsure what you're asking for here. If you want a refund, there's a "Request Refund" link at the bottom of every page on this site. If you're talking about an error message or something you're seeing, please let us know more.

Thanks,
Alex

1. Auto login is turned on. I have also tried it turned off
2. Facebook JFB was giving the error "Class 'ContentHelperRoute' not found"
3. Facebook JFB is now totally crashing the site on login
4. twitter login is giving the same error now

I'm not sure why you're having problems and your answers aren't help narrow too much down, though there's a few more places we can look with the information you provided.

Is the ContentHelperRoute error you pictured the error you get when you login and all other times? You mention other crashes and issues, but the only one you describe is the ContentHelperRoute message, so we'll focus on that.

Can you check the /components/com_content/helpers folder? There should be a route.php file in that directory. If not, I'd recommend re-installing Joomla 3.6.4. The route.php file can be seen in the Github repository which is where all files for Joomla are stored:
github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/tree/2983d1.../com_content/helpers

If that file is there, let us know and we can help investigate further. If you're seeing other error messages, please describe them as well.

Thanks,
Alex

Checked as your requested and there is a route.php file there. I will try again tomorrow to enable it.

OK you will be happy to hear that I have finally got it working but I had to roll back Joomla to do it. JFBConnect does not work with Joomla 3.6.4.

There are some problems still existing.

1. JFB Share installs in two separate positions. Header is in Left sidebar and the icons or buttons are on the left sidebar - very strange. Have tried everything to bring them together but very stubborn about cohabiting in the same position.

2. Weblinks in Facebook application will not accept user support email address. Naturally Autotune does not work with out this set.

Please see attached.
