JFB Connect does not work with Joomla 3.6.4

We've run extensive tests with 3.6.4, as we do with every release. We are looking into this matter though and re-doing some testing with the configuration details we can guess you're using from the posts above.

ioop, regarding your specific issues:

1. JFB Share installs in two separate positions. Header is in Left sidebar and the icons or buttons are on the left sidebar - very strange. Have tried everything to bring them together but very stubborn about cohabiting in the same position.

You look to have the SocialShare bar set to float. In that configuration, the buttons will hover on a side of the screen like on your site and the bottom right corner of this site. In that mode, you should set the Show Title option to "No". If you want the buttons to be where the title is on the right, you should disable the floating mode.

2. Weblinks in Facebook application will not accept user support email address. Naturally Autotune does not work with out this set.

Facebook can be picky about the format of the contact email. I'd recommend trying with different email addresses to see if one works. There's not much we can do to alter Facebook's validation of the email address. If you are seeing an error message though, please let us know what that is as it will help narrow things down.
