I am not sure why I can no longer log into the site via username and password but when I tested disabling the SClogin module and enabling the CB login module I was able to successfully login with a username and password.

And after enabling the SClogin module and disabling the CB login module it goes back to looking like its trying to log me in but it always sends me to a blank white screen stating:

You are not authorized to view this page!

And that is with a Registered user and Administrator user.

There is no issue when using a Social network to log in, besides Twitter but I think that just needs some tweaking looking at other Twitter issues from other users topics in the forum.

Any suggestions

Could you tell me which versions of JFBConnect and Community Builder you are using, and whether you have the Social Profiles - Community Builder plugin enabled? There are a few bugs that I'm working on fixing for the upcoming 6.2.4 with CB integration. Version 6.2.3 also fixes some bugs which can cause that error, so please make sure you're on that latest version.

Additionally, try disabling the "Redirect URLs" option in the Community Builder System plugin and see if that helps.

I am using versions 6.3.4 of JFB and 1.9.1 of CB.
And I looked but am not exactly sure where the redirects option exactly is for CB.

At least in the newest version of CB, if you edit the 'Community Builder System plugin' there is a tab called Parse URLs. Please let me know if those options aren't available in the older version of CB.

Do you have the Social Profiles - Community Builder plugin enabled?

I have the Social Profiles - Community Builder plugin enabled and so far I cannot find the Parse or redirect URL setting anywhere with CB.

The settings Melissa mentioned are found in the "Community Builder System plugin". You need to edit that plugin's settings.

Another setting to check in the SCLogin module is that the "Registration Component" setting is set to "Community Builder". That will make sure the login credentials are sent to CB to authenticate instead of the standard Joomla system.

Please let us know if that helps,
Alex

The Community Builder System plugin is not available for CB 1.9.1 but installed CB 2.0.4 on a test server and the plugin is there with these Parse URL settings available:

Redirect URLs
Rewrite URLs
Pass Return URLs
Itemids

I tried disabling the Redirect URLs along with other variations it still gives me the :
You are not authorized to view this page!

Error.

Would you be able to PM us admin credentials to your backend of the test server so that I can take a look?

You sent only an IP address for your site. Can you let us know what front-end page of your site we can test with as well? Also, for the IP address, is that for FTP or SSH access?

Any information you can let us know about how we should test or what you're looking for us to do would help.

Also, have you looked into what Alex mentioned above:

Another setting to check in the SCLogin module is that the "Registration Component" setting is set to "Community Builder". That will make sure the login credentials are sent to CB to authenticate instead of the standard Joomla system.

Let us know if that helps your issue.

Thanks,
Melissa
