Note: I think it stopped working from October after my recent Joomla upgrade from Upgrade from J 3.3.3 to 3.3.6.

Our jfbconnect.js file is not being loaded. It's probably being cached incorrectly, so please try to disable JCH Optimize on your site and see if this helps. If this fixes the problem, then please turn off the javascript optimizations in JCH Optimize.

JCH is still enabled on that page. As noted above, the jfbconnect.js file is not being loaded into the output of the page, which is necessary for much of our functionality. Please disable JCH optimize and leave it that way so that we can test further. There is something wrong with your configuration that isn't including the file and we need to narrow down what it is.

Thanks,
Alex

We logged into your backend of the test site you sent and did the following:
1. Cleared the cache, since JCH Optimizer was still showing up in the page source (as Alex mentioned above)
2. In your site template (shaper_newsplus) under the Advanced section, the 'Javascript Compression' option was still enabled. We disabled it and this cleared up the error that our jfbconnect javascript was not defined.

If you look at test.setupmyhotel.com/forum/register.html you can see that clicking on the social network buttons like Facebook now work.

Please update your template setting for Javascript Compression and disable JCH Optimize for JS compression on the live site and I think this should fix your issue.
