I try to create a fb app but i was stuck in some parts.
please if you can help me accomplish it.
i attached a screen shot for the action types which they need to be published and i don't know how make them work!

You don't need to submit your application for review for simple authentication using Facebook. Submission is only required for extended profile data or Open Graph Actions. Have you configured any of these features in JFBConnect yet? If not and you don't need the actions, then please delete them and you should be able to set your app Live without review.
Ok i delete them and i already submitted 2 actions types in JFBConnect "like" "read" now i get this screenshot which tells that the actions must be published first!
What are you testing and how on your site? How are you configuring the action in JFBConnect? We need a lot more information about how you're trying to trigger the Like on your page to understand what is going wrong.
Please provide a URL where we can see the Open Graph Action Like button and we'll gladly help test to understand what's going on.
