Sorry to say, this is what I got:
Error - Facebook API Error: Unsupported get request. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

I see you made some changes to the interface, but I assume that the particular page cannot be chosen until the channel is saved and the token saved in the database.

Here is the sequence of steps I took in creating the new channel
  1. Trashed old channel
  2. created new channel
  3. Gave it a title and description
  4. Selected Facebook as the channel
  5. Selected "Page" as the type of channel
  6. Selected the user with the email address corresponding to the Facebook user
  7. selected "Save" and got the above error message
  8. Saved and closed channel
  9. Opened Configuration - Facebook
  10. Added manage_pages to "Additional Permissions Request"
  11. Logged Facebook user out of site
  12. Logged back in using Facebook
  13. Facebook dialogue box defaulted to the App for log in
  14. I ignored that and logged in as the Facebook user manually
  15. Opened Facebook channel and saved
  16. Got message "Message - Item successfully saved."
  17. Got error that channel cannot be published because of Stream error, channel may not be properly configured
  18. Published channel and got "Message - Item successfully saved."
  19. Stream Test Results returned:

    How do you do outreach about 9/11? There are many ways. Here is an example of some concerned citizens who assembled peacefully in front of the White House in September 11, 2014. There were lots of interesting conversations. A lot more outreach and conversations were held as the banner frame was rolled to the site of the evening screening of the film "The Anatomy Of a Great Deception."
It appears that this is now working. Is there anything else I should be doing besides to start posting content to Facebook? Well, I have to create the Twitter channel, I don't think LinkedIn serves our purpose

I think you did it Alex, looks like we are ready for prime time.

Awesome! Glad that this is working for you now. The test stream results show that we're able to connect to the stream properly to read, so I say go ahead and try to create a post on the front-end.

Also, if you have any comments on the new channel configuration setup (which we should be rolling out very soon), please let us know. We have ideas for more improvements still, but are always open to suggestions.
