Can you tell me what error message you're seeing? If it's a generic 'Internal Server Error', you may need to get your PHP error log from your hosting provider to determine what the actual error is.

Autotune should have no problem if your internet connection goes out. The server is what actually communicates with our site (to get the recommendations) and Facebook (to set those recommendations). Even if your server internet goes out, it shouldn't be a problem as there's nothing that should cause an error.

Of course, once we know more about what the error is, we'll gladly help investigate however we can.

Thanks,
Alex

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Your administrator may not have enabled CGI access for this directory.

Thats the error message. I tried to use OpebGraph as well, but as well - not working, no clue if there is a connection with auto tune.

sorry for answering so late :)

My guess is that there's an underlying server configuration issue that's preventing some pages from loading. There isn't anything special about those pages that would be trying to load a CGI page, but that is an error message you can get when a firewall or other security extension is trying to prevent access to a page for some reason.

My only suggestion from here would be to contact the hosting provider to see if there are Apache or security (usually mod_security) logs that may help identify why the page won't load.

If you want, you can also Private Message me admin credentials so we can view the error, but I'm not sure there's much we'd be able to do. You can PM me by clicking the mail icon under my name to the left.

Thanks,
Alex
