In your other post you mentioned that you just upgraded or switched to Joomla 3. If it's a new site, it's possible you haven't set your subscription ID. Go to the Basic Info tab in Autotune, scroll all the way to the bottom and make sure the 'SourceCoast Subscriber ID' is set.

Then go to the Facebook App tab in Autotune and hit the JFBConnect toolbar 'Refresh' button to re-fetch your subscription status from SourceCoast.

Let me know if you continue having problems after trying these suggestions.

Thanks,
-Melissa

If yes i already checked before asking here, i also checked if the key changed after i renew my Subscription but it is still the same.

Anyway auto updates are working fine so is not an issue for me. i only wanted let you know that is the only error i get in autotune.

Yes, that would be the same value as the other place that it's shown.

Did you try the suggestion - "Then go to the Facebook App tab in Autotune and hit the JFBConnect toolbar 'Refresh' button to re-fetch your subscription status from SourceCoast."

Looking at your Autotune history, I see that requests were authorized up until 11/25. Autotune checks after that (on 11/27) were denied because your Subscriber ID changed. Your subscriber ID will change whenever you change your password, which I'm assuming is what you've done.

Please go to the My Account -> My Profile (or My Downloads or My Subscriptions) area and verify the Subscriber ID there is what you're using.

I hope that helps,
Alex
