Reset facebook likes was created by tristantay

Hi
I have just installed the component and activated the JFBC Social Share to a new website. On the facebook Like button it counted 61 likes...
How do I reset the count to zero since it is a new website?

Tristan,

The Like button is associated with a URL, not an application. So the number of likes won't change unless you point to the new website URL. In the module parameters, please update the "URL to Share" setting.

Thanks for the info. Now I understand - the URL was pointing to the older version of the website so that explains the count.
