When you install JFBConnect v6.2+, the rules for JomSocial should be installed as well. You may need to have JomSocial scan for new rules and, once it's done, you should be able to configure how many points to award for each action taken. Additionally, for the points to function, you'll need to make sure that the Social Profiles - JomSocial plugin is enabled.
