Hi guys,

Is it possible to build a channel from the posts published to Facebook with a hashtag?
The general idea is that I want to show the posts with a given hashtag through a SocialFlow object. However, I don't want to implement social authentication and other fancy stuff.
The Auto-tune process was completed successfully, but I have no idea how to configure the flow.

Unfortunately, you can't get a stream of data related to a specific hashtag. That functionality is currently limited to 'major' Facebook partners. You can read more on the following page:
developers.facebook.com/docs/public_feed/

However, this make the extension useless for my site. I want to uninstall it, terminate my subscription and get my money back. What is the procedure for the money-back warranty?

I'm sorry that JFBConnect does not fit your needs. When logged into sourcecoast.com, scroll to the bottom of the page and follow the 'Refund Request' link to submit the request.
