We don't offer paid configuration services. Our excellent support is included with every standard subscription and we don't have better 'tiers' of support.

In general, all of your questions have been answered very quickly. However, as you respond, please be sure to be as clear as possible. For instance, in this post , I gave 3 recommendations on how to narrow down the problem you were having. There was no answer if you tried any of those suggestions. Without that feedback, it's impossible for us to quickly give you the correct answers. Instead, we have to ask the same questions over and over and it won't seem like any progress is being made.

Finally, as noted in one of our threads, the site is yours. We don't know the details of every component and plugin you've installed, don't have control over things like the Alexa script that was causing some issues (that you thought were caused by JFBConnect) and don't have access to your Cloudflare or any of your social network accounts. Without those details, we'd be limited in what we could configure anyways. That's why we provide great support, but there is work you'll need to do on your end to make sure everything works with each other nicely.

I hope that helps explain. Again, in the future, when you post, please be as clear as you can with answers to any of our questions and detail exactly what steps you've taken, or errors you're seeing, so that we can provide the best possible response to get you going as quickly as possible.

I'm sorry you're running into issues using our forums. Here's a few quick pointers:

You can view your profile by clicking on your picture, or following the link below:

On your profile page, you click the "Topics" button on the left to see any topics you've created and that view will even show the last user to respond, so you can quickly tell if there's been a response. You should be getting email notifications whenever Melissa or I respond as well if you've clicked the "Subscribe" button.

To send private details to us, you can send a Private Message. You can PM us by clicking the mail icon under our names. Again, there are many services that you're using (CloudFlare, various social networks, etc). We don't want all of those credentials. At most, feel free to send us your super admin credentials and we'll gladly take a look at your Joomla configuration for you.
