We don't offer paid configuration services. Our excellent support is included with every standard subscription and we don't have better 'tiers' of support.
In general, all of your questions have been answered very quickly. However, as you respond, please be sure to be as clear as possible. For instance, in
this post
, I gave 3 recommendations on how to narrow down the problem you were having. There was no answer if you tried any of those suggestions. Without that feedback, it's impossible for us to quickly give you the correct answers. Instead, we have to ask the same questions over and over and it won't seem like any progress is being made.
Finally, as noted in one of our threads, the site is yours. We don't know the details of every component and plugin you've installed, don't have control over things like the Alexa script that was causing some issues (that you thought were caused by JFBConnect) and don't have access to your Cloudflare or any of your social network accounts. Without those details, we'd be limited in what we could configure anyways. That's why we provide great support, but there is work you'll need to do on your end to make sure everything works with each other nicely.
