That usually means there's some sort of caching on the page that's preventing JFBConnect from recognizing that the user is properly logged in. Please try:
* Disabling any Joomla caching you have enabled, including 3rd party extensions that are for optimization
* Disabling Cloudflare
* Disable any 3rd party SEF extensions you're using (sh404SEF, etc)

Then, test again to see if the problem persists. If not, re-enable each of the above to determine what is causing the problem. Once we narrow down what's causing the conflict, we can help you get things going with all optimizations enabled.

Thanks,
Alex

The JFBConnect setting for "Automatically Log Users In" is enabled on your site. I can see that by looking at the HTML on the page and seeing the following line of Javascript:
jfbc.login.auto = '1';
If you've disabled the Auto Login setting in JFBConnect and that Javascript still shows, it's an even stronger indicator that browser caching is enabled on your site and causing issues.

As for subscribing to posts, you can respond and click the "Subscribe" checkbox before you hit Submit. That should send an email after each post is made.

I hope that helps,
Alex

The jfbc.login.auto setting is controlled by our "Auto Login Facebook Users" setting in the JFBConnect -> Configuration -> Facebook area. If that setting isn't updating on your page, you'll need to disable or clean whatever caches you have enabled on your site. Those could be in the Joomla Global Configuration area, your template, the System - Cache plugin or various 3rd party extensions that are meant to optimize your site.

I don't know your exact configuration, so I can't tell you what caches you've enabled or how to update them since every template and extension is different.

I hope the above helps explain things further,
Alex
