Hi,

I have multiple problems. I just moved my site to a new domain name but JFBconnect still wants to recommend the old domain name at "Auto Tune". My Joomla configuration setting shows the new domain.

1- Furthermore after turning on the cache the social buttons have got broken in the Joomla articles. They show the snippet code rather than the buttons.
2- Users can't log-in. When I hit Facebook button just nothing happens. Nothing.

During Error check I get:
Facebook Javascript library inclusion
Fail: Facebook Javascript library not found, but JFBCSystem plugin is detected. Please contact support if you experience issues.

****UPDATE***
Facebook login works on the default language only but when I switch the language no-one can log-in by Facebook. Facebook button doesnt do anything.

Some update... The problem only occurs if joomla cache is enabled. Then I dont have social buttons and facebook login dont work.
If I switch the cache off then they work fine but then I get invalid token error when an user wants to log in. Does it have anything to do with JS compression?
Just because I couldnt find any settings regarding JS compression. Not in the configuratio nor in my temlplate settings. It seems to me catch 22. How can I solve this problem? The cache must be turned on for sure.

Thabks

For caching, please make sure you're not using the System - Cache plugin in Joomla. That plugin can cause various issues with many extensions, which is why it's disabled by default. The caching settings in the Global Configuration area can be used without issue.

As for JS Compression, yes, that can cause what you describe. Can you tell me what extension you're using, what setting you're using, or any other information about what you're actually configuring? That will help us narrow things down. In general though, if there's another extension altering our Javascript, unknown behavior may happen and that's something you'll need to work through with that extension provider if it's causing problems.

Finally, regarding Autotune, hit the "Refresh" button to fetch new settings for your new domain.

Thanks,
Alex
