That URL is pointing to Facebook itself but Facebook does not allow this. Any og:image tags on your page need to point to images on your server. That will need to be resolved before the warning goes away.

How are you inserting the image tags from JFBConnect? There are multiple ways:
1. Our Open Graph plugins, which can determine the best image based on article
2. Manually adding an {SCOpenGraph image=FULL_PATH_TO_IMAGE} easy tag to your pages
3. Adding an image in the JFBConnect > Open Graph > Configuration > Default setting.

Which URL are you seeing this for?

1. The Open Graph - Content plugin only currently works with the Joomla content component, not with the Zoo extensions. We do not currently offer a Zoo Open Graph plugin.

The reason the og:description and og:title are being set correctly are because JFBConnect attempts to auto-generate these tags from the meta tags on the page. This is fine for description and title, but not image. Please try options #2 or #3 listed above for adding the image tag to the page.

Hello Melissa,
we buyed your software to have this automation so the manual approach for each content is not a solution.

Anyway the strange thing is that this problem is not occurring with all contents. some zoo items load the image correctly like this one for example: eventinapoli.com/vivere-napoli/week-end/...un-tuffo-a-posillipo

What do you mean by this? When I go to that link, there is no og:image tag in the source.

i see you developed plugins for many 3th part. (for example k2 or kunena). are these plugin used for generating also OG meta?

In this case, could i ask you a quote for a zoo plugin?

We have plans to support Zoo in an upcoming release. It's been a long time coming. Originally, we had plans for Zoo support in 6.0 early this year, but it unfortunately was pushed back due to some complications of the integration. After that time, we simply got less requests for it (we only get about 1 request every other month, which is not a lot). Generally, users are starting to move back to using standard Joomla Content for articles because it's matured so much since Joomla 2.5.

With that said, Zoo support is still planned, but I don't have a firm timeline on when.

As for why the image is working in some Zoo content and not others, that's because Facebook will always try to guess a good image to use if none are specified using the og:image tags. So, for the pages it's working on, Facebook is simply picking the right one. On others, it may not be able to determine the best image to represent that page, so it's choosing none.

It's not required to set an og:image tag on the page, but when you do, you're telling Facebook which image to use and not letting them guess about it. The best way to do that now, for Zoo, is to use the {SCOpenGraph image=http://yoursite.com/link-to-image.jpg} syntax on any critical pages where you always want the proper image to be used.

I hope that helps,
Alex
