I have created the channels. I have associated each channel with the Joomla user that owns it. Previously each owner has logged in Joomla with the channel api, and gave the pemissions.
When I log in with a superuser, that it is even the owner of most of the channels, the social toolbar doesn't appears.

I have checked every thing many times. Don't know what else to do.

I need help.

If it is necessary, I give you access to the administration area. Tell me how can I give you privately the user and password.

Another issue is that the {JFBCLogin} tag it is not rendered in Kunena login module. You can see it here: www.forovivienda.com/foro/categorias

Last issue is that open grapg IMG tag is sometimes missing, so the article is shared or liked without image, I mean, only with the title and text, in a quite less atractive way.

I think this is a very good component, but, although it is very well documented, it is a nightmare to take the most of it. Please, help me to do it.I give up.

When I log in with a superuser, that it is even the owner of most of the channels, the social toolbar doesn't appears.

First, please verify that you have the 'Enable Social Toolbar' setting enabled in the JFBConnect > General > Advanced section; I think this was a fairly new option we've added, when it used to be on by default always. If it is already enabled, could you provide a URL you are on you try to use the social toolbar? For instance, we've had some problems with how the toolbar shows up in K2 Front-end editor, and it might help narrow down the problem.

If you'd like to private message me credentials, use the little envelope to 'Send user a PM'.

Another issue is that the {JFBCLogin} tag it is not rendered in Kunena login module. You can see it here: www.forovivienda.com/foro/categorias

Have you set up a render key in the JFBConnect > Social > Misc section? If so, you will have to add a key parameter to the tag. For example {JFBCLogin key=KEY_HERE} If you don't have one set, then I would need to take a closer look.

Last issue is that open grapg IMG tag is sometimes missing, so the article is shared or liked without image, I mean, only with the title and text, in a quite less atractive way.

I see that you have just updated within the past couple of days to the 6.2.3 version which fixed some Open Graph bugs. Can you manually re-scrape the page at developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ or our page socialdebug.com to see if the image tag is missing on the pages still? It may take Facebook a week or more to re-scrape all pages, so that might be why you are seeing some discrepancies. If you have a URL that still does not have an image tag set after re-scraping, please send it to me and I can poke around to debug more.

When I manually re-scrape any page at developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ there is a img tag. Also the preview that users will see when they share the url, is correct. I mean, Title, text and image. But if I post the same article in a Facebook page channel, there is no title, nor text nor img. Will the missing elements appear once facebook re-scrape the pages?
An example:
Article: www.forovivienda.com/articulos/articulos...fectos-constructivos
Post in Facebook page: www.facebook.com/ForoVivienda (The one with the comment: Antes de acudir a los Tribunales se debe preparar la reclamaciĆ³n por defectos constructivos.)

There seems to be some connectivity issues with your site when Facebook tries to scrape it. I just used the debug tool and hit the "Fetch new scrape information" button repeatedly. About 50% of the time, it would get the right data. The other 50%, random errors would appear, like:
File Attachment:

When errors are returned, Facebook doesn't know what to show, so it's blank like you see. When the page passed, if I tried to share your link on a test page, the preview would show. If it failed, the post would come in like you show (empty).

If Facebook can successfully scrape your contents repeatedly for a while, your old posts should update. However, Facebook won't update posts until results are consistent and FB 'trusts' those results. In normal circumstances, they don't immediately update previews that have already been shared because they don't want bait and switch shares to occur where a lot of people share a link and then the owner of that link switches it to porn or malware. As long as your scrapes stay the same or get more likes after it's been changed, then eventually, old posts will update.

So, with that, I'd really recommend running the same test I did by clicking that button to see what happens for you. If it's a connectivity issue, you'll need to contact your hosting company to determine why Facebook is having issues loading your pages.

I hope that helps explain a bit more,
Alex
