Hi,

Here is a video about my issue:

When I click on "Like" the confirmation dialog window does not appear. Once I clicked on the confirmation, the page gets liked but I dont get points by alphauserpoints.
Can anyone help me with this?

Furthermore I connected my Twitter profile to one of my registered member. The Twitter field data have not been transferred into Jomsocial at the very first time. The fields were empty. I had to log out and log in again to transfer the Twitter field data successfully. I had the same problem with Facebook before and that has been fixed. Could you check LinkedIn and Twitter as well please?

Thanks

The confirm button appears when Facebook thinks your page may be spamming users. That can happen if you're constantly clicking the Like button and then Un-liking. Unfortunately, when the Confirm button shows, there is a bug where Facebook doesn't trigger the callbacks properly. You'll need to wait until the Facebook removes the Confirm gate from your page to test further.

In the meantime, have you tested other social network sharing points? Do they work? If not, are you sure you configured the points properly in AUP?

If you're connecting to an existing account, this is normal behavior. Right now, we only import user data on a login or a first-time registration. If you are making a connection between an existing user and a social network, we don't import the profile right when that connection is made.

I hope that helps explain,
Alex
