No, that's not planned for the 6.3 release. It is something we'd like to implement and we're getting closer to being able to do it as we just added the ability to award points when user's comment. So, we have the API to be aware when new comments are posted (or deleted). The problem is with fetching the info from those comments and displaying them properly.
It is something we're working toward, but it's going to take a few more releases to refine our comment handling to be able to detect, fetch and store the comment in the database for display later.
