AUP Rules

The rules xml should be installed when JFBConnect is installed if we detect that Alpha User Points is enabled at that time. After JFBConnect installation, you should be to go into Alpha User Points and use the 'Auto-detect new rules' option. If AUP was installed after JFBConnect, then just reinstall JFBConnect and the AUP functionality should be added.
