Hi,

I have configured JFBConnect in my site.

If I sign-in using Twitter, It asking for Twitter authentication after that it redirecting to Joomla Registration Page. In case of Facebook and Google+ it's working fine.

And I have facing some problem with Linkedin sign-in also, If I login with Linkedin It is creating new account but its not fetching all data like Profile Picture etc.

Please help me to fix these issues.

For Twitter, that is the correct behavior. There is no way to fetch the user's email from Twitter, so they must go through a short registration page to get at least that information. You can hide all other fields during that registration process and have JFBConnect import or automatically generate the rest, but we need to ask for the user's email address.

And I have facing some problem with Linkedin sign-in also, If I login with Linkedin It is creating new account but its not fetching all data like Profile Picture etc.

Not sure what's happening here.
What other information, other than avatar, isn't coming in?
Are you sure that information is properly populated in the user's LinkedIn profile? Is the user's avatar being imported when using Facebook or Google properly?

Answering those questions will help us narrow down what may be wrong.

Thanks,
Alex

When do you see that error? Are you logged in? If not, are you viewing a page that's only for registered users?

Any info you can provide on how to recreate the issue would really help.

Thanks,
Alex

Regarding the sign-in error, can you check for any user, authentication or system plugins that are enabled and may be redirecting the user on login? It's possible that another plugin is interfering. I attempted to create a user to try to reproduce the error, but I need it verified by an admin on your site first. Which URL is your page on when you see the log in error?

For the logout issue, can you verify that you're using our Login module to log out instead of any other login form (like JomSocial which is also on your site)? If possible, please provide the URL where you're experiencing this and exact steps you're taking to log in/out.

Thanks
-Melissa

For the sign-in error,
1. I disabled the 'System - JomSocial Redirect' plugin. This plugin is notorious for not playing nicely with other extensions. If you need it, please make sure you have configured this correctly.
2. On the 'Login to the community' SCLogin module, I set the redirection to Home. Leaving it on 'Same Page', in combination with #2 was causing the log in error.

For the redirection on log out, this was solved with changing #1 above.
1. For a couple of the SCLogin instances, I changed the Logout Redirection URL to 'Home'. They are all set to Home now.

Please test and let me know if you have any more issues going forward.

Thanks
-Melissa
