When using Google Chrome to login, nothing happens. Instead I receive an error "Uncaught ReferenceError: jfbc is not defined ".

When using Firefox, everything seems OK.

I'm using the lastest versions of Joomla 3 en JFBC

This seems related to [url=https://www.sourcecoast.com/forums/jfbconnect/jfbconnect-joomla-3x-support/9413-cannot-login-to-wwwsourcecoastcomyour other problem where you can't login to this site[/url] using Chrome as well.

Can you try all of the following:
* Go to the Chrome extension manager and disable any addons you have enabled. Some may be preventing our Javascript or interfering with normal operations.
* Try opening either site in a New Incognito Window to prevent any cookies or past sessions from causing problems
* Try from another computer using Chrome to see if you have the same issue.

This is not an issue we've heard of as a common problem, on this site or others. Hopefully, the above helps get you going. If not, please let me know a URL we can test with on your site.

Thanks,
Alex

Great suggestion. After disabeling the extension "DoNotTrackMe: Online Privacy Protection" evrething works fine. No js errors anymore.

Thanks.

P.S. However, I would like to protect my privacy. So resolving the conflict would be appreciated.

It's not possible. The extension you mention is meant to block access to social networks. If you want to use social networks for authentication (or other features), you'll need to disable that extension.

There's no way to work around that add-on. It's doing what it's supposed to do. If we were to find a way to work around it (not that we could), they'd simply implement a fix to block Facebook again.

I hope that explains,
Alex
