Do I need to enable /publish EasySocial Applicaiton?

I'm not sure what that application is. Was it installed with EasySocial itself?

In general, you don't *need* to enable anything for JFBConnect to create users that EasySocial will work with. If you want to have their profile information imported into EasySocial, you need to enable the Social Profiles - EasySocial plugin. For Open Graph tags to be created and Open Graph Actions to work with EasySocial, then you should enable the Open Graph - Easy Social plugin.
