Hi Alex,
I was running last joomla 3.3.4 with JFBConnect 6.1.1. All Comments were Ok.
I upgraded JFBConnect to 6.1.2 and all were okay (I'm sure all Facebook Comments were still there because I surfed through there. I also received a new email notification for a new comment).
Today I came here to check for some error reports and I found the new JFBConnect 6.2 release, so before to post I upgraded JFBConnect to last 6.2 and nothing is changed: all Facebook Comments are disappeared!

PS
- I run the Auto Tune after each upgrade.
- You have an account on this my live site, I can give you a Super User access.
- If needed I can send you one of the email notifications comments.

On both of those pages, I see comments. The first one has 3 comments from June 6, 9 and 29. The second has one comment from Sept 24.

Are you seeing no comments at all, or is it working for you now? If you have any other details, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

I honestly don't know. My only guess is a hiccup in Facebook itself. It's possible some cached value in JFBConnect from the previous version was causing some issues as well.

Either way, I'm happy to hear things are going. Should you need anything else, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,
reflecting on what I had done:
after the upgrade I deleted "com_jfbconnect" in Joomla > System > Clear Cache > Cache Group "com_jfbconnect"
Can be related with the issue ?
Please, Do I have to delete or not the cache after each JFBConnect upgrade ?

No, you don't need to clear the cache after an upgrade. It doesn't hurt to do so, but shouldn't be necessary either. I really don't know what caused the hiccup, but I don't think it was anything in JFBConnect.
