Hi Alexander,

we are trying to set up open graph with JFBConnect, using also Jreviews and Jomsocial. We created 2 actions (image_upload, recensione ristorante) but without good success.

We of course are using the test FB users.

We also have this problem during the first log in session user: Your app may break after 30th april of 2015....
I attach the screenshot.

Can you please take a look in our open graph log for the activities problems?

The site is:
www.cucina.it

How can i send you the login credentials?

Your app "may" break if you don't submit that action for review to Facebook. All actions need to be approved by Facebook for general users (non app admins, developers or testers).

You should test the Open Graph Action with your admin or test Facebook accounts. Once those work, you'll need to submit the action to Facebook for their approval. Once approved, that message will disappear.

I hope that helps explain,
Alex

Thanks Alex for your fast reply.

We raised the problem just because we had this behaviour (the alert of app breaking) using one Facebook test user.

We also knows the procedure to folllow to extend the use of actions to all people passing trought the FB authentication, but the errors we had
in FBconnect open graph logs appeared during the action test with admin and test user account.

We checked all stuffs but we cannot understand why. We need your help.

Thanks
Adriano

That message will be shown to test users, admins and anyone else who is an 'owner' of the Facebook Application. It's meant to make the owners of the site/application aware that they need to get approval.

That message should not show to standard end-users.

I hope that explains. If you're encountering other errors or problems, please let me know what those are, and we'll gladly investigate however we can.

Thanks,
Alex

Alex

we created a simple action but it has strange behavior.

We made a simple jreview review action but with the test user we cannot see the result in the FB user test timeline. It appears down on the left as last action.

Where we made mistake?

The open graph log says published.

Thanks
