Hello SourceCoast Support Team,

I purchased JFBConnect today with the intent of using your social stream functionality to broadcast my social networking activity on my website. I'm not sure where the problem is but the layout is way off. My website is and you can see the social streams half way down the page. I have two streams up in separate modules, both set to bootstrap size 3, and both broadcasting Facebook currently. The titles are show for each so you can see where they're positioned. Any idea how to fix this? The text is offset past the borders to the left and the boarders seem to have a mind of their own. I'd ultimately like these to look clean like yours in the footer of this website. I'd have 3 modules beside each other broadcasting Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. As far as the template goes, it's the Puirty III template from Joomlart. It's a new installation and everything has been clean so far. I'm running Joomla 3.3.4.

Thanks for the help!

Hello,

Just a quick note to let the support team know that I couldn't get the layout to work for me so I've removed it from my site. I'd like to request a refund. I also sent that request through the comment form on this site.

Thanks!

First, I apologize for the delayed response. We always try to get to get to all posts within about 4-6 hours. Sometimes, however, it can take up to a day for the first response.

As for the refund, we did receive your Contact Us and the post above. I don't like making people jump through hoops, but could you please fill out the refund request form, below (it's also at the bottom of every page of the site):
www.sourcecoast.com/refund-request/
That helps us track things better. You don't need to enter a long description or anything.. shouldn't take more than 2 minutes.

As for your issue, unfortunately, I never saw the problem. We would still love to help, if you're interested in holding off on the refund. You have 30-days to take advantage of it. Usually, issues like you describe, are fixable pretty quickly. If you'd like us to take a look, please publish the module on some other interior page so it's not prominent for normal guests, and we'll get you going.

Finally, your site looks great. I used to be in the semi industry.. I worked for AMD for about 10 years. Great times that I miss a bit and am happy to be away from at others :)

Anyways, best of luck, and sorry we couldn't get back to you sooner.

Thanks,
Alex
