How to remove a Facebook Page Tab

Hi,

I added a Facebook Page Tab. It worked fine & I didn;t have much hassles getting it done.
However, how do I remove this from my fb page without disrupting anything else on my portal?

I see the obvious add/remove tab on facebook page. But not sure what would happen if i were to remove the app from there.
I remember setting up that app on day 1 when i installed jfbconnect & perhaps this is tied to everything else on my site.
To be precise, I do not want my existing login/registration features to be affected (along with the fb buttons). So would like to be more surgical here by ONLY removing the facebook page tab. How can this be achieved?
