Hi Forum, hi support!

My daughter tried to connect via facebook and failed. Others registered using facebook and had no problem. I am using JFBConnect and EasySocial 1.3.4

She started registration process manual. After entering her graduation year 2015, after proceeding she got the following warnings:

Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, object given in /www/htdocs/v121336/mcffa/plugins/socialprofiles/easysocial/easysocial.php on line 161

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /www/htdocs/v121336/mcffa/plugins/socialprofiles/easysocial/easysocial.php:161) in /www/htdocs/v121336/mcffa/components/com_jfbconnect/libraries/provider/facebook.php on line 332

I am not sure what causes this error. In the user list she isn't listed in Joomla, nor in JFB Connect users and not in EasySocial Users.

She proceeded with the registration and got:

Notice: Undefined variable: inputName in /www/htdocs/v121336/mcffa/plugins/socialprofiles/easysocial/easysocial.php on line 569

Notice: Undefined variable: inputName in /www/htdocs/v121336/mcffa/plugins/socialprofiles/easysocial/easysocial.php on line 569

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /www/htdocs/v121336/mcffa/plugins/socialprofiles/easysocial/easysocial.php:569) in /www/htdocs/v121336/mcffa/components/com_jfbconnect/libraries/provider/facebook.php on line 332

And succeeded after completing the registration process. I still not know why there are these warnings, perhabs it helps you to avoid some errors.

Kind regards,
Volker

We'll have to investigate those specific PHP messages further. However, they are simple developer messages and not actual errors with JFBConnect or the registration process.

What I'd recommend is going to the Global Configuration area of Joomla and setting the "Error Reporting" setting to 'None'. That will hide those developer messages and should prevent any other problems that are happening.

I hope that helps get you going, but if you run into any other issues, definitely let me know.

Thanks,
Alex
