The image that's used by the social networks is determined by the Open Graph tags on the page. JFBConnect will try to automatically set these, but if it can't find a suitable image, then Facebook will simply 'guess' at the best image to use on the page. If you have the Social Toolbar enabled in JFBConnect, you should see a "Preview" button. Click that on the page and it will help explain the tags that are set and provide recommendations if something is missing.
In general, we recommend:
* Enabling the Open Graph - Content plugin, as well as any other Open Graph plugins for extensions you have installed
* On pages where no image is set, or you want to set a specific one, add the following tag:
{SCOpenGraph image=http://yoursite.com/image.jpg}
Beyond that, can you let me know the link to a specific page you're sharing? That way, we can look at the output HTML and determine what's going on if the above doesn't help first.
