Hi,

I have setup several social channels for FB and more.

Everything works well , apart from the fact that the screenshot that I can see among my post in FB shows either the FB logo or a German flag and not a screenshot of the page I'm sharing (see screenshots).

File Attachment:

It's really wired and I don't know what's wrong. Does it has anything to do with the social canvas or anything else?

By the way I found out that the flag is about the same that the one on the top of my display that indicates which country Keyboard I'm using (see screenshot).

thanks for your help.

The image that's used by the social networks is determined by the Open Graph tags on the page. JFBConnect will try to automatically set these, but if it can't find a suitable image, then Facebook will simply 'guess' at the best image to use on the page. If you have the Social Toolbar enabled in JFBConnect, you should see a "Preview" button. Click that on the page and it will help explain the tags that are set and provide recommendations if something is missing.

In general, we recommend:
* Enabling the Open Graph - Content plugin, as well as any other Open Graph plugins for extensions you have installed
* On pages where no image is set, or you want to set a specific one, add the following tag:
{SCOpenGraph image=http://yoursite.com/image.jpg}

Beyond that, can you let me know the link to a specific page you're sharing? That way, we can look at the output HTML and determine what's going on if the above doesn't help first.

Thanks,
Alex
