JFBConnect has an automated installer which will detect what extensions you have installed on your site and install the plugins that are relevant for your site. So, if you don't have JomSocial or Kunena installed, for example, those plugins won't be installed.
Can you tell me what extensions you have installed and what plugins aren't being installed? In the plugin manager of Joomla, you should see any plugins installed that JFBConnect automatically installed. Also, during the installation process of JFBConnect, there is a listing of the plugins that were installed and, if not, why not.
If you feel that a plugin should have been installed, you can always re-install JFBConnect again using the Joomla installer which will re-detect your Joomla extensions and install anything appropriate for you site.
