If you go to the User Manager, can you verify that the users are in the correct user group?

Another thing to try is registering with JFBConnect using a social network. There will be a Joomla user account created for the user as well. Try to login with the Joomla username and password that is created to see if you run into the same issue. That will help us understand if the issue is one of logging in the social network users or one of how the account is created in Joomla.

Thanks,
Alex

Reply:- Yes i checked all users comes under same user group "registered" whether those users register via joomla or via facebook login (social media).

Reply:- Yes i tried with joomla details too for same user, but same problem, via that i am not again able to see those modules, which are set for registered users only.

We'll need to investigate this further. It sounds like there's an issue registering the user into the proper Joomla group. However, JFBConnect basically lets Joomla take care of that process. I'm not sure what's happening on your site and it's not something we've heard before.

Can you PM me admin details to your site so we can look at your configuration? Also, please let me know the names or IDs of a few modules that you're expecting to see and the pages you'd expect to see them on.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks for the admin details. The issue wasn't with JFBConnect itself, but with a general Joomla configuration issue. To fix, I did the following:
* Went to Users -> Access Levels in the admin area
* Clicked on the "Registered" group
* In there, only "Administrator", "Publisher" and "Super Users" was checked.
* I checked "Registered" and hit save.

Voila! Modules show on the front end. Please verify that setting is what you want and things now work as expected. Also, you should consider deleting the Manager, Author, Editor and Publisher user groups if you don't plan to use them. They're just adding more complexity to your configuration.

I hope that helps, but if you need anything else, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex
