We definitely have the social login features nailed for you. JFBConnect currently supports authentication and profile import for Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Github and Vk. We've also already announced that the 6.2 release later this month will include WindowsLive, Amazon and Meetup authentication as well.

For posting content, currently, we only have a manual system. In JFBConnect you can create unlimited "Channels" to post content to. We support Facebook Pages and Groups, Twitter Streams and LinkedIn Company Pages. Once a channel is configured, any admin on your site can choose to push a page from your site, along with a comment, to any or all of the Channels (they don't need to be the owner or admin of those channels or even logged into the social networks).

Auto-posting and scheduling is planned for a future release, likely 6.3 around the end of this year, but I won't guarantee that as timelines and features change. It is coming though, but just not here yet.
