I just registered on the site using Facebook and I was brought to my profile page. My name and avatar were imported, as expected.
File Attachment:

I'm not sure what the Restricted Access notice is coming from, but I don't think it's from JFBConnect.

Can you tell me what you're seeing and how you have things configured? Once we understand the problem more, we'll gladly help. From what we can tell, the things you mention are working as expected.

Thanks,
Alex

Please disable all the caching you have on your site first to begin narrowing things down. Right now, there is a lot of stuff being optimized and cached by your CDN, and likely Joomla itself. There is code specifically for loading the Facebook javascript library that is completely missing on your page.. I'm not sure where it is, but without it, Facebook authentication won't work. A similar issue is likely the cause of your Google issue.

JFBConnect works fine with caching, optimizations and cloudflare, but we'll need to narrow things down to determine the problem and re-enable everything. This is the first step.

Thanks,
Alex

Alex,
Your issue isn't caused by a CDN.. yes, many sites use CDNs, including this one, and it would be crazy if we didn't work with them. To fix, please check if you've enabled the System - Cache plugin. If so, make sure it's the last ordered one in the system group. Otherwise, it will be caching the page contents *before* the JFBCSystem plugin has properly replaced those tags. If you're using other caching plugins instead of the System - Cache one, verify that they are ordered last as well for the same reason.

There is a check in the Autotune -> Site Check area that should detect an ordering issue with the System - Cache plugin as well.

Marcos,
I can't login using Facebook at all on your site now. When I click the Facebook button, the popup appears with the following error:

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

Please re-run the Autotune configuration tool and go through the Facebook App section to make sure all your settings are correct.

alex can you login again with facebook credential in our sclogin module not facebook

I'm not sure what you mean here.. but when you try to login with Facebook, you *must* click the Facebook login button. A user will not be able to enter their Facebook credentials into the username/password fields of the SCLogin module and login that way. Those fields are only for the user's Joomla credentials.

I hope that helps explain, but if you have any other questions, let me know.

Thanks,
Alex
