Can you let me know a few things, and we'll gladly try to help however we can:
* What version of EasySocial are you using?
* Have you published the Social Profiles - EasySocial plugin?
* In the Profiles configuration area of JFBConnect, do you have it configured to import the avatar and cover photo?
* Is the import not working during Automatic registration, or are you using the form-based registration flow? If form based, is the user going through the JFBConnect registration page or the EasySocial registration pages?
* Finally, is any information importing for the user, like email, name and other fields you've configured in the Profiles area?
Sorry to ask so many questions, but that will help narrow down the cause and shed some light on the issue. In general, there's no known issues with importing avatar/cover photo into EasySocial, so we'll need to figure out what's happening.
