Another newbie question!

Is there any way to change the width of the social comment box for K2 articles to a percentage width rather than pixel width?

For my ZOO articles I used short-code in a hidden full article element, and included a 100% width parameter in the short-code for the commenting, but the parameters in JFBConnect Admin for K2 commenting only include a pixel width.

Allowing a % width is something that Facebook just updated their Comment widget to allow (thankfully!). When they originally made the update, we tested with the {JFBCComments} tag and it worked. I haven't tried when using the Comment plugin, but looking at the code, entering "100%" into the parameters in the Social configuration area *should* work.

Have you tried that yet? If it doesn't work, let me know, we'll gladly investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

Yep, worked fine thanks. To be honest I didn't try a percentage width because the tooltip stated specifically to use a pixel width. Perhaps for the next release it might be worth changing the tooltip text?

It's on our to-do list. We originally added the note about pixel width because if you used a %, Facebook wouldn't show anything. Then, they updated it to accept % and our tooltip is wrong. We're happy with it this way as the % was really wanted by users.

It should be fixed in the next release. Thanks for the heads up!
