Hi,
I am having the following issues, can you please verify my setup and fix this issue or let me know what wrong I am doing. Please advise me anything that you think is not properly configured.

1. When using facebook icon, it does not ask to create user name and password. But when activation link is clicked it asked for login using user name and password. So, what user id and password user will use?
2. I have created Objects and Actions, but these are not working. For example join-group (JomSocial) and comments (easyBlog).
3. How do I change just “Facebook” button to “Login with Facebook” button?

Do you need access to my site?

Thanks
Tariq

You sound like you have set the "Enable Automatic Registration" setting to "Yes", but the "Skip Joomla Activation" setting is "No". That means that the user's account is automatically created and they need to activate. After they click the activation link, they should be able to login with Facebook. They can also use the Joomla credentials that should have been mailed to them.

Additionally, there is a setting for "Integrate with Joomla Login", which you can set to "Top" or "Bottom". Then, when the user activates, the Login page will also show the social login buttons.

2. I have created Objects and Actions, but these are not working. For example join-group (JomSocial) and comments (easyBlog).

Can you tell us a lot more about how you created them? Did you set them up in the Facebook Developer area? Do you see any error messages when trying to post, etc?

The images for the social login buttons are in the /media/sourcecoast/images/provider/facebook/ directory. You can create more images and put them in that directory. Then, in the JFBConnect -> Configuration -> Facebook area, set the default image you'd like to use.

I hope that helps,
Alex
