It sounds like you have an LDAP authentication plugin enabled on your site that's improperly adding messages when the user tries to authenticate. I'd recommend disabling that plugin and testing again to see if the message goes away.

I would like the software directs me to the "my profile" in the component easysocial.

From the image you show above, you have disabled the Automatic Registration feature. If you want the user to be automatically registered, you should set the "Enable Automatic Registration" setting to "Yes".

2) Which path shall I follow the texts translated in English?

You'll need to edit the language files for JFBConnect and update the strings with translations for your language. It sounds like your language file doesn't have those translations. You can find the files in /language/xx_YY/xx_yy.com_jfbconnect.ini where xx_yy is your language. The strings you want are:
COM_JFBCONNECT_THANKS_FOR_SIGNING_IN
COM_JFBCONNECT_WELCOME

3) Linkedin button does not work.

Can you explain what isn't working or what happens when you try?

Thanks,
Alex
