Hi!

I've just installed the JFBConnect-component and getting a bunch of errors:
1: When visiting the backend-configuration i get this error:

Error
Facebook Application information not found. Please run AutoTune to fetch your settings.

I have submitted the Facebook App-ID and key earlier and verified that they are correct.

2: When going to Autotune-settings and saving the "Basic information setup" containing the Facebook App-id i get this error-message:

Error
Basic Info Errors Found! Please correct the errors listed before continuing.

Nothing is marked as an error in the form. And again, I have verified that the Facebook-settings are correct.

3: When visiting the frontend (Open Graph Activity) I get this error-message from PHP:

Fatal error: Class 'JFBCFactory' not found in /home/erik/public_html/lunch/components/com_jfbconnect/controllers/opengraph.php on line 16

Sorry for the problems you're running into.

1/2) These two problems are likely because you haven't entered your SourceCoast Subscriber ID. You can find that ID in the My Account -> My Subscriptions (or any other "My" menu option). Once you have it, please enter it at the bottom of the Basic Info page. The 6.1 release of JFBConnect will have a better error message explaining what the actual error is. That's a bug in the 6.0 release.

The Subscriber ID must be entered for the Autotune tool to work properly.

3) This is likely because you have not enabled the JFBCSystem plugin. Please do that in the admin area and the page you linked to should load. I've taken a note of that error in our bug-tracker to handle it better and prevent that type of error in the future.

Please keep me posted on if that helps or not. We'll do whatever we can to get you going.

Thanks,
Alex

Awesome! Glad to hear that helped. Also, just so you know, JFBConnect v6.1 has been released. If you haven't checked it out already, you can read all about it in our JFBConnect v6.1 announcement blog post .

As always, if you need anything else, just let us know.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It certainly isn't required, but is very appreciated:

Thanks,
Alex
