We are facing multiple issues with the commercial JFBConnect we have bought.
1. We installed it in maslowed.me/staging/ site to test, as well as the main site maslowed.me. However it doesn't work on the main site: is there a restriction on the license that it can only work on one site: can you help as this is a live site and we need to fix this as soon as possible.

2. It is not even working on the staging site.
When we use it along with SC login extension: After successful login, the redirect is going to some other link to the main site maslowed.me, not the staging site per configuration.
maslowed.me/component/jfbconnect/?view=l...ZmF1bHRfcHJvZmlsZQ==

Can you help in implementing this asap? Is there a relevant guide?

We have no domain or licensing restrictions per subscription. You can use it on all the sites you want, and we have no way to track or prevent you from doing so.

2. It is not even working on the staging site.

The URL you link to is where the user will be redirected when "Enable Automatic Registration" is set to "No". In that case, the user will be brought to a mini registration page where they fill out some of their details. If you want to automatically register the user, change that setting to "Yes".

Beyond that, in your first question, you mention it "doesn't work". Can you explain a lot more as to what, specifically, isn't working? Are you using the authentication features (if so, which ones), the social widgets, or something else? Any details you can provide on what isn't working, how you're testing, and any errors or problems you're running into will help us narrow things down.

Thanks,
Alex

One last thing to note, if you ran Autotune on your "staging" site and then just moved those API/Secret keys from Facebook over to the Live site, you'll likely want to re-run Autotune again. Facebook's Application setup would be slightly different for your live site since the URL is different. Please go into Autotune -> Facebook App and click the "Refresh" button to check/obtain new recommendations.

Hopefully that helps, but if not, again, let us know what issues you're having.

Thanks,
Alex
