In general, JFBConnect creates 100% standard Joomla users. The users JFBConnect creates and authenticates users into your site with are recognized by every other extension just like any other user that logs in using their standard Joomla credentials.
So, JFBConnect should be able to let your users login using the social networks we support and have a quicker registration experience as well as not having to remember their Joomla username/password combo when they return.
What JFBConnect does *not* have right now is a profile plugin for MijoShop. Our social profile plugins are what lets you selectively import information about a user from their social network profile into 3rd party extensions. Without it, the user will still have to fill out all extra fields that you have configured in MijoShop that the user would need to fill out before they can purchase something.
Finally, for adding the social login buttons to MijoShop or any other page of your site, there are plenty of options:
1) The SCLogin module is an improved Login module that will show the social network login buttons for any networks you've configured
2) You can easily add the {JFBCLogin} tag to any output on your site (an article, a template file, etc) to have the social login buttons appear in that spot
