Hi I am trying to move the widget on my website but no matter where I reposition it to it stays in the top left of the webpage. Is it possible I have installed something wrong.
thanks,
Dominic

Please don't double post in such a short period of time. Sometimes, it may take a few hours, or even up to a day (though we try to always be faster than that).

As to your issue, can you let me know:
1) A URL where we can see the social widget so we can see what the output looks like
2) What are your configuration settings to get it into a different position. We don't need all the settings you have configured, but the ones related to positioning will help us determine what may be set wrong.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks Alex,

won't repost again..
the url is www.playbitballs.com/
And I have been using the default Protostar Template to try different module positions however it remains in the top left.

Thanks for your help

Thanks for the URL. You didn't include the settings that you're trying to use, so I'll post what we have set in our JFBCSocialShare module that displays in the bottom right corner of all pages on this site:
Layout: Button Count
Orientation: Horizontal
Position: Float
Margin: 5px
padding: 5px 0px 0px 5px
Background: #fff
Float Position from Top: 3000 (this makes it go to the bottom of the screen)
Float Position from Left: 3000 (this makes it 'stick' to the right of the screen)

Please let me know if those settings help get you going. If not, we'll gladly help investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

Dominic,
Very glad to hear those settings worked for you. If you have any other questions or general feedback to improve JFBConnect, please let us know.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It certainly isn't required, but is very appreciated:

Thanks,
Alex
