Sorry you're running into issues with Autotune. We're planning a change to the Autotune interface with JFBConnect v6.1 which should make some of those errors, and the general Autotune tool a little simpler to use.
For your issue, the error you reported only shows when you haven't set one of the following:
* Facebook API key
* Facebook Secret key
* SourceCoast Subscriber ID (at the bottom)
Please check that all of those are set and you should be good to go. If not, just let us know.
Finally, for email support, that's not our primary means of support, as noted multiple times on the Contact Us form. That goes to a different email that's monitored for more business-related questions (change a username, subscription expired, etc) and not intended for technical support.
