Can you tell me what the error message is? That will help us understand the issue the best and provide some support. In general, we can't support issues with installing Kunena and while we'll try to help with JFBConnect install issues, if there are indeed server issues, there may be only so much we can do. Knowing the specific errors you receive will help us narrow things down.
