Hi Alex,
Joomla 3.2.3 + last JFBConnect 6.0.6
1 - I created a Twitter profile for my site and I created also the application (PS in the Appplication Settings > Access Level: I leaved as default "Read only")
2 - I joined the Twitter profile to my admin (super user) joomla user site
3 - I created a twitter Social Channel (Provider: Twitter - Type: stream). Saved. I selected the Super User as Channel Owner. PS any permissions request appears, as happened when I created the Facebook channel for my Facebook page.
4 - On the front-end I clicked on "create post" and selected both, Facebook end Twitter channels. No error messages appears, but while on my Facebook page my article has been posted, on my Twitter profile nothing is been shown!

Please, What am I missing ?!?

When you re-authenticated with Twitter on the front-end, you should be prompted to authorize Twitter two times. The first time will ask for a few permissions. The 2nd one must say "Can post on your behalf" or something to that effect as one of the things allowed.

Can you double check that the 2nd approval prompt is showing and that you are authorizing it?

(PS in the Appplication Settings > Access Level: I leaved as default "Read only")

That's correct. You only want read permissions from standard users. JFBConnect will request the Write permission from the user(s) that have a Twitter channel setup.

Thanks,
Alex

"When you re-authenticated with Twitter on the front-end" = Please, What is it exactly ?
What do you mean with "re-authenticated" ? Do you mean when I "Post to Social Channels" ?
No, I'm not be prompted to authorize anything...

After you create the social channel in the admin area you have to go back to the front-end of the site and login with the Twitter user that 'owns' the channel. When you do that, you should be asked an additional permission prompt for your site to be able to post to that user's Twitter account. After you grant that permission, the Create Post functionality should work to post to Twitter.

Until you try to login on the front-end again using the Twitter account you've setup, the Create Post feature won't work because your site doesn't have permission to do that.

I hope that helps explain,
Alex

Thanks for instructions and sorry Alex, but:
A - If you mean login with the user that I have connected to that Twitter Profile, the owner of social channel, well, I haven't received any request, I'm not be prompted to authorize anything. Maybe, Is there a time in which I have to go back to the front-end and login ? (I don't remember if do it quickly or after few minutes/hours)
B - or, Do I have to login with the user that I have connected to that Twitter Profile using directly the Twitter button in the SCLogin module ?

That's what you have to do. After you create the Channel in the admin area, JFBConnect knows that the Twitter user needs to have more permissions requested of them. The only time we request permissions from a user is when they login to your site.

So, after you create the channel you need to go to the front-end of your site. If you are logged in already, you'll need to logout. Then, use the "Twitter" button in the SCLogin module to login with the user you configured in the Channel. The extra permission should be asked them.

After you've granted that permission, you won't need to login with Twitter anymore. Any user with access to the social toolbar can post to that user's Twitter account.

I hope that helps explain,
Alex

HI Alex,
so, I logged with the user that I have connected to that Twitter Profile using directly the Twitter button in the SCLogin module and I authorized Twitter two times.
Then, on the front-end from one of my articles, I clicked on "create post" and selected Twitter channel, added a comment and posted.
The tweet appears on my Twitter profile stream, but only the comment is shown, no link to my article site / no article title / no article image / no link to the site. Is it right ?!? (I've never used twitter)

There should definitely be a link to the page from which you used the Create Post button from. Twitter will convert the link to a 'short-link', like t.co/1234, so it may not look like your URL.

If that's still not showing a link, can you let me know:
* Your Twitter username
* The URL you were trying to post from (the URL that should have shown in the Tweet)

Thanks,
Alex
