I'm not sure what you mean to ignore.
As for locking contents, that's something we're investigating for an on-site basis. To do so in the Canvas / Page Tab area would be a bit difficult as the Like-gating of the Page Tab is controlled by Facebook itself. If we implement a sharing lock on contents of your page, that may work when shown within a Page Tab or Canvas area, but I can't guarantee that until we have something available to do that.
Right now, we'd like to have something to gate content in the 6.2 release (later this summer), but it's still very early for making any assurances on that.
