Hello,

I got a problem with user registration. I cant get facebook infos to joomla registration page' fields. I'm using Joomla 3.3 and JFBConnect Version: 6.0.5.

I'm using JFBconnect with joomla registration (I'm not using JomSocial, community builder or anything like this). I want to get age, gender, city and country data from user's facebook profile. My facebook app has approved access to user's public profile and as a result to these informations. I have set the values to Profiles page in Social Network Profile Import Configuration and I have enabled Social Profiles-Joomla and User-Profile Extensions and Social Profiles-Joomla and User-Profile plug-ins.

Please help!

If you have the Social Profiles - Joomla and User - Profile plugin enabled, you can configure how the importing of data is performed in the JFBConnect -> Profiles area. It sounds like you've already done that, but I just want to confirm.

If that's not working, can you post a picture of your Profiles configuration area so we can see your settings? Also, if you can post or Private Message a URL for your site, that will help us test to understand what's going on.

Finally, please post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from. That helps us look up your Autotune history and ensure things are likely setup properly.
